ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is a permanent full-time position.
As a Supervisor Production Execution Anode Baking Furnace, you will be responsible to be part of the management team accountable to manage and lead a Carbon Anode baking production team. You will supervise a diverse production team, actively manage planned and unplanned tasks to be completed during shift by initiating action, analysing and interpreting production results, as well as identify and assess deviations to improve maximum plant availability and operational stability.
