ABOUT OUR PERTH OFFICE

 

South32’s corporate office is based in the heart of Perth’s CBD. The corporate office houses key functions including HR, Finance, External Affairs, Sustainability Strategy, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Group Risk, Legal and Technical. Our office is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the Perth Underground Train Station.

ABOUT THE ROLE  

 

This role is a permanent position on a Monday-to-Friday basis. This role will be based at our head office in Perth.

 

As a motivated and process driven recruitment administrator/mobilisation coordinator. You will bring your previous onboarding, mobilisation, and administration experience to deliver an all-round excellent South32 experience for our candidates and Talent Acquisition team.

 

Your role will incorporate:
 

  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, candidates, and external providers to ensure all Due Diligence requirements are met in a timely manner. 
  • Administering pre-employment background checks for all South32 new starters and contractor conversions.
  • Initiating, managing, and monitoring all required Due Diligence checks daily.
  • Uploading and maintaining all required candidate documentation—ID Documents, Qualifications and Certificates into the Talent Acquisition SharePoint.
  • Monitoring SES invoices in SAP and approve invoices (make payments) if required.
  • Ad hoc requests as required by the Talent Acquisition team. 

 

 

ABOUT YOU  

 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:  

 

  • Demonstrated experience in a mobilisation coordinator, recruitment/talent administration position.
  • Previous experience with Success Factors, SAP, Excel spreadsheets will be advantageous.
  • Capable of managing a multitude of tasks and priorities whilst maintaining excellence in customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an innovative thinking mindset
