ABOUT THE ROLE 

 

This permanent position will be based in our corporate office in Perth. We understand and value the benefits of flexibility, and we operate a hybrid work model that enables a mix of in-office and remote work arrangements.

 

As a Specialist Global Mobility, you will assist us with the mobilisation of talent across domestic and international locations, supporting career growth and meeting company needs. Track all transitions, ensure compliance with all relevant global legislative requirements, and coordinate with our tax, immigration, relocation, and healthcare providers. Transform complex relocations into seamless experiences through meticulous planning and attention to detail, while building solid relationships with internal teams and external providers, becoming a key part of our global talent mobility approach.

 

Reporting to the Lead Global Mobility, other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Business Partners, vendors and assignees, and maintain the GM resources for employees moving to new locations with clarity and care.
  • Supporting immigration and tax requirements including, but not limited to, monitoring working rights, coordinating tax equalisation process, reviewing and preparing international payroll instructions, and preparing compensation balance sheets and supporting documentation.
  • Develop strong connections with various internal and external stakeholders to support employees throughout their relocation/assignment.
  • Maintain detailed records, create clear procedures, and provide necessary reporting for finance, tax and payroll activities.

 

ABOUT YOU 

 

You will have experience and demonstrated capability in the following: 

 

  • Communicate complex global mobility requirements with clarity, using your excellent written and verbal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Blend your analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and SAP/SuccessFactors experience to deliver effective global mobility services.
  • Draw from your shared service, or specialised background (tax, immigration, payroll) to identify solutions, analyse potential risks, and make thoughtful decisions that support our global mobility offering.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and time zones, adjusting your approach to foster partnerships that transcend geographical and temporal boundaries.
  • Navigate change with confidence by applying your knowledge of change management principles to help our organisation and mobile employees adapt to evolving global mobility practices.
  • Bring your outcome-focused approach to our team, where your ability to influence decisions within multi-functional groups and manage diverse stakeholders will help us create mobility experiences that genuinely support our people and business goals.

 

Qualifications for this position are: 

 

  • Relevant professional experience, in a global mobility, HR, tax or payroll field
  • Bachelor’s degree (desirable)
