ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a permanent full-time position.

As a Planner Work Management, you will be responsible to provides specialist advice and executes planning, development and communication of Work Management weekly work schedules for an Operation / Operational area including HSE, Production, where SAP Work Management processes are being applied within these Functions..

 

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

•Provides a 12-week schedule (weekly granularity) and a week plus 1 weekly work schedule (daily granularity) to the Production Planning sub function on a weekly basis.
•Facilitates the weekly Pre-Prioritisation, Prioritisation, Scheduling and the Resource Levelling Meetings to ensure alignment of all work management activities to Maintenance or other operational plans.
•Coordinates with work centre owners to ensure that work centre capacities (capacity managed)     are accurately updated in SAP.
•Plans and schedules WM commissioning activities for brown fields Major and Asset projects as defined during the various phases of the projects. (e.g. planning work orders related to equipment preservation and start up activities).
•Schedules work based on the prioritisation of the task as determined by the Maintenance Execution sub-function in compliance with the SAP Work Management processes and re-schedules work based on the associated risk, and feedback from the Execution sub function.
•Builds and communicates accurate weekly work schedules reflecting all work management activities.
•Requests and governs the creation and change of WM Master Data, based on equipment strategy reviews, failure analysis and identified quality errors, including Master Data related to modifications and small projects.
•Identifies and creates corrective / non-strategy task lists for reoccurring work to support efficient and effective planning and safe work execution.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

•Minimum 4 years maintenance related or planning experience

Qualifications for this role are:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
