ABOUT HMM
Hotazel Manganese Mines (HMM) is made up of two Manganese mines Mamatwan and Wessels. Both operations are located in the Kalahari Basin, home to 80 per cent of the world’s manganese reserves.
WHAT SOUTH32 OFFER:

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a permanent full-time position. As a Specialist Training: Talent Development & Planning, you will be responsible for all talent development programs at HMM as well as the medium- and long-term planning & improvement processes for the HMM Training function. Hereby ensuring that HMM training function can effectively deliver on its mandate and compliance to all South32 & Regulatory requirements.
