ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role is a permanent position on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Darwin or Cairns, or residential option to live on Groote Eylandt.  

As the Construction Supervisor - Projects, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and successful execution of projects within the organisation. This role will be responsible for overseeing contractors, managing safety protocols, monitoring quality and compliance, and supporting various aspects of project execution, including contractor competency verification, onboarding, risk assessments, and safety interactions in the field.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Leading project execution in brownfield or remote operational settings.
• Building effective cross-functional & contractor relationships.
• Driving a proactive safety culture & managing competing priorities.
• Communicating clearly with a broad range of stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: 

• Leading contractor teams in brownfield or shutdown construction environments.
• Communicating effectively across technical, cultural and organisational levels.
• Driving safety-first culture through field-based leadership and feedback.
• Managing risk, change control & work quality to project standards.
•  

Qualifications for this position are: 

• Relevant trade qualification
• Mining Supervisor competency (G1, G8, G9), or be willing to obtain
