ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role is a Permanent position on a 42hrs/week; M10, Tu12, W10, Th10 roster DIDO from our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes - bus available from Bunbury location only) and other nearby scenic communities.

As the Specialist Work Management Planner, you will be responsible for developing and communicating work plans and schedules to ensure safe, compliant operations while adhering to work management processes.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

• Planning and creating work orders to allocate resources effectively
• Facilitating schedule meetings and aligning work activities with production plans
• Managing and updating work management data based on equipment strategy reviews
• Ensuring compliance with work management processes and engaging stakeholders.

 ABOUT YOU

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:.

• Proficiency in SAP Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
• Strong computer literacy and technical troubleshooting skills
• Independent contributor with experience in work management planning
• Knowledge of mining or refining equipment and operational processes

Qualifications for this position are:

• Relevant Trade or Process Operator qualification
