ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is Permanent position on 9-day fortnight, drive-in, drive-out from ourWorsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (45 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities
As Principal Communications, you’ll lead the creation of strategic, purpose-driven communications that inspire employees, build trust across the business, and strengthen Worsley Alumina’s reputation in the communities we call home.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Leading comms to support a strong, inclusive safety culture
- Managing media relations & positive regional storytelling
- Supporting events that connect Worsley with local communities
- Coordinating visual and written content through creative partners
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Translating complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging
- Building relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Managing priorities and delivering in fast-paced environments
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
Qualifications for this position are:
- Qualification in Communications, Public Relations or a related field
