ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a Permanent part‑time role, 20‑hour per week roster. Our Worsley Refinery is a short drive from communities such as Collie (20 Minutes) & Bunbury (45 Minutes) which all offer an enviable country lifestyle. Surrounded by magnificent jarrah forests, pristine beaches and world-famous wineries, you will live and work in one of the most beautiful regions of Western Australia and still be home each night.
Candidates should ideally live within an hour’s drive of Collie as there is no accommodation on site.
As the Learning Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for administering, maintaining and improving our Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning programmes, ensuring reliable training delivery, accurate training records and audit-ready compliance documentation while partnering with stakeholders across Worsley to enhance workforce capability.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Administering the Worsley Training Scheme and associated Learning Management Systems (LMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Acting as the site LMS Super User, providing support, troubleshooting and guidance to employees, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Developing, maintaining and publishing e-learning content using learning technologies such as Moodle, Articulate, iSpring and SCORM packages.
- Maintaining accurate training records, competency data and reporting to support compliance, auditing and business requirements.
- Coordinating training schedules, bookings and logistics to support workforce capability and compliance requirements.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities across training systems, processes and reporting.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration, reporting and user support.
- Developing and maintaining e-learning content using tools such as Moodle, Articulate, iSpring and SCORM packages.
- Maintaining accurate training records and supporting compliance with quality and audit requirements.
- Building productive relationships with operational, technical and training stakeholders.
- Analysing data and providing meaningful reports to support training and capability development.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance training systems and business performance.
- Planning, coordinating and prioritising competing activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications for this position are:
- Diploma in Information Technology, System Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience administering business systems, preferably a Learning Management System.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Power BI/reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the business.
