ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role is a Permanent position on a Dayshift 40hrs per week roster, DIDO from our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (45 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.

As the Boilermaker, you will be responsible for safely executing maintenance and fabrication work across the operation, ensuring high standards and equipment reliability.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Delivering planned maintenance & welding work as per schedules and procedures
• Accurately recording job progress & outcomes using SAP systems
• Contributing to root cause investigations & continuous improvement
• Maintaining quality and safety standards across all fabrication tasks

ABOUT YOU 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: 

• Working as a Boilermaker/Fabricator in heavy industry or similar environments
• Reading and interpreting technical work instructions and drawings
• Collaborating effectively in diverse teams and supporting safety culture
• Applying initiative to solve problems and improve work practices

Qualifications for this position are:  

• Boilermaker Welder Trade certification, Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade (Boiler making/Welding)
• Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency
• C class drivers license
