ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week, DIDO from our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities. 

As the Analyst Finance Business Partnership, you will be responsible for providing expert financial analysis and advice to support operations in achieving optimal business outcomes. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Assisting with annual budget & monthly forecasting processes
• Identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis
• Coaching operational teams in finance processes & governance
• Supporting contract establishment & variations with financial insight

ABOUT YOU 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:  

• Proven experience in finance business partnering, with a focus on operational support
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex financial data
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Proficiency in finance software, including SAP & Excel (Power BI advantageous)

Qualifications for this position are:  

• CA/CPA with relevant Finance Experience
