ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a 14-month fixed-term contract, Monday to Friday, 40-hour per week roster. Our Worsley Refinery is a short drive from communities such as Collie (20 Minutes) & Bunbury (45 Minutes) which all offer an enviable country lifestyle. Surrounded by magnificent jarrah forests, pristine beaches and world-famous wineries, you will live and work in one of the most beautiful regions of Western Australia and still be home each night. 

Candidates should ideally live within an hour’s drive of Collie as there is no accommodation on site.

As the Analyst Finance Business Partnership, you will be responsible for providing expert financial analysis and advice to support operations in achieving optimal business outcomes.  

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Partnering with operational leaders during budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles  

• Interpreting cost drivers and clearly explaining impacts on performance and outcomes  

• Supporting contract set‑up and variations with clear financial input  

• Strengthening site adherence to financial governance, standards and procedures  

• Working closely with operational teams to resolve finance‑related issues  

• Contributing to continuous improvement through data‑led insights and practical recommendations 

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:  

• Working in a finance business partnering or management reporting environment  

• Building effective, trusted relationships with operational and senior stakeholders  

• Translating complex information into clear, practical insights for non‑finance audiences  

• Managing multiple priorities with confidence, curiosity and a collaborative approach 

• Proficiency in finance software, including SAP & Excel (Power BI advantageous)

Qualifications for this position are:  

• CA/CPA with relevant Finance Experience
