ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role is a Permanent position on a 9-day fortnight roster,  at our Boddington Bauxite Mine reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Please note that accommodation is not provided on site, you will be required to drive in, drive out to site on a daily basis. Employees ideally live within an hour’s drive of Boddington.

As the Warehouse Officer (Mine), safely delivering accurate warehouse and stock administration activities that support smooth, reliable and compliant material movement across site.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Completing stock issues, receivals, returns, deliveries and cycle counts accurately and on schedule.
• Recording all warehouse transactions in 1SAP in line with defined processes and guidelines.
• Following safe work practices and promptly reporting hazards, events and observations.
• Supporting investigations, contributing to improvements and adapting quickly to change.
• Maintaining strong communication and positive working relationships within the team.
• Upholding high standards of service to ensure timely and efficient material availability.

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:  

• Working in warehouse or stock administration environments with competing priorities.
• Applying safe work behaviours and sound judgement in fast‑moving operational settings.
• Communicating clearly and collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
• Staying organised under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications for this position are:  

• Holds a current ‘C’ class license
• Forklift licence required
