ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role is a permanent position on 42-hour week, day/night continuous roster

at our Boddington Bauxite Mine, which is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour).

This position is a drive in drive out role with no camp facilities, however buses do run from Mandurah and Armadale.

As the Serviceperson Maintenance L2, you will be responsible for safely executing planned maintenance activities on surface mobile equipment in line with maintenance schedules, work instructions and SAP processes to support safe, reliable operations.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Complete scheduled work orders and accurately record maintenance activities in SAP.
• Contribute to equipment reliability improvements through fault investigation and corrective actions.
• Identify and scope maintenance requirements to support effective planning and scheduling.
• Report hazards, incidents and equipment issues while supporting a strong safety culture.

ABOUT YOU 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: 

• Previous experience performing preventative maintenance on heavy mobile mining equipment.
• Working effectively within safety-focused maintenance and operational environments.
• Using maintenance management systems and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Building positive working relationships across maintenance, operations and planning teams.
• Identifying equipment issues and contributing to practical, sustainable solutions.
• Managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and work quality.

Qualifications for this position are:

• Current C Class Driver's Licence

Desirable

• Experience using SAP and maintenance management systems.
• Exposure to maintenance and inventory processes within mining or heavy industry.
• Additional licences and tickets, including HR, Forklift, EWP, Basic Rigging, Working at Heights and Confined Spaces, will be highly regarded.
