ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role is a Permanent position based on a 40-hour work week with your choice of a 4-day week or 9-day fortnight roster. DIDO from our Boddington Bauxite Mine, is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour).

As the Specialist Work Management Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating integrated work plans to enable safe, efficient maintenance activities across a dynamic operational area.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Ensuring schedules align with operational & production plans
• Leading resource planning & scheduling meetings
• Collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy & compliance
• Supporting data quality & continuous improvement initiatives

ABOUT YOU 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: 

• Confident planning across complex operational environments
• Strong communication & collaboration across diverse teams
• Applying systems thinking to scheduling, logistics & resources
• Navigating and improving digital planning tools & processes

Qualifications for this position are:  

• Mechanical Fitter (fixed plant preferred) or similar trade qualification
