ABOUT HMM
Hotazel Manganese Mines (HMM) is made up of two Manganese mines Mamatwan and Wessels. Both operations are located in the Kalahari Basin, home to 80 per cent of the world’s manganese reserves.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is a permanent full-time position.
As a Specialist Transformation, you will be responsible for effectively supporting the management, monitoring, and tracking of all Transformation activities such as advising the element owners on various legislative changes, managing Risks related to HMM license to operate, forming part of various internal and external Transformation committees, plans and expenditure for HMM operations whilst ensuring that all related risks are adequately managed and mitigated.
